    2. 30 mins Foam Roller

    3. Flow- Band 5/8- first 15 mins in Standing

    4. Core in sitting 10 mins

    5. Sitting Routine, Chair and Floor( just do chair bit)

    6. Stretchy Band 15 mins

    7. Alignment and Posture 30 mins

    8. Rise and Shine Trainers on ( do in sitting!)

    9. Neck and Shoulders Do first 15 mins in sitting

    10. Hand weights- do first 8 mins

    11. Posture, do first 10 mins in sitting

    12. Rise and Shine- do in sitting

    13. Stand and Deliver 15 mins ( do in sitting)
