    8. 30 mins Foam Roller

    9. Core in sitting 10 mins

    10. Sitting Routine, Chair and Floor( just do chair bit)

    11. Stretchy Band 15 mins

    12. Alignment and Posture 30 mins

    13. Rise and Shine Trainers on ( do in sitting!)

    14. Neck and Shoulders Do first 15 mins in sitting

    15. Hand weights- do first 8 mins

    16. Rise and Shine- do in sitting

    17. 30 mins Strong Ankles
